Tracker Installation Instructions for Version 3
Before installing ProblemTracker for the first time, please verify that the required software (web server, ODBC, etc.) has already been installed on your machine.
If you are installing ProblemTracker for the first time, please follow the instructions in one of the two columns below depending on whether you are installing from the Internet or from CD. Then continue with Step 4.
If you are upgrading your ProblemTracker installation, please follow the instructions in the ProblemTracker Support Downloads section of our web site.

- Double-click on the ProblemTracker Help icon in the program group folder that was created by the installation (or select Start > Programs > NetResults ProblemTracker > ProblemTracker Help). Then follow the instructions in the Setup section of the Help to complete the ProblemTracker setup. If, for some reason, you are unable to browse to the ProblemTracker Help on your machine, you can browse a copy of it on our web site, just click here.
- Select Start > Programs > NetResults ProblemTracker > Code Development > Login Page or Start > Programs > NetResults ProblemTracker > Web Development > Login Page and login using the user ID Admin and the password Admin.
