NetResults Tracker Online Software-as-a-Service

Hosted (Cloud) Solution

NetResults Tracker Online is the same feature-rich NetResults Tracker software installed and maintained on our servers instead of yours. All you (and your customers, partners, and vendors) need is a web browser and an Internet connection.

There When You Need It

With a nine year track record of 99.99+% availability, premium fault-tolerant hardware, and multiple data centers you can rely on us to make sure your NetResults Tracker application is there when you need it. As a cloud solution, we do all the work to install, maintain and upgrade the web servers, database servers, firewalls, networking equipment, backup software, antivirus software, and disaster recovery software to keep a modern, fault-tolerant, enterprise grade web application running 24x7x365.

Rapid Deployment

Instead of months or years to deploy, we will have you up and running in hours or days. Place an order and we will have a system ready for use within one business day (typically same day). For workflow configuration, we have templates for many different uses of Tracker. If needed, our Professional Services group can tune-up your initial template workflow to match your business process or create a brand new workflow for you. Place an order this month and we will do the workflow configuration for you at no cost (minimum initial order required, contact Sales for details of this limited time offer). So within days you can have a system tuned to your unique business process and ready for use by ten users or ten thousand users with no setup fees, no hardware to order, and no software to install. Just place your order, tell us about your business process, and sit back and relax while we get everything ready for you.

Stability by Design

While a philosophy of "move fast and break things" may be fine for a free service that keeps your friends up to date on your latest travels, we don't believe it's the best way to implement a mission-critical business application. Our engineers love to work with the latest technologies. They are encouraged to learn about them, bring them in-house, and try them out. But just because we think a new technology may be very useful or "look cool," doesn't mean we should immediately push it out to all of our customers and then pull it back if they have a bad experience with it. Instead, we try it on ourselves first. We learn the ins and outs of the technology in real business use. We figure out how best to tune it for use with our application and our data center architecture. Then, when we are comfortable that the technology is mature enough for mission-critical application use, we roll it out to our customers.

Changes on Your Schedule

When we deploy a major new release, we don't force you to upgrade right away. You won't arrive in the office Monday morning and find we've radically changed the system on you and your end users have flooded your email with complaints. We work with you to find a good time in your calendar to schedule the upgrade. We also offer the option of seeing a snapshot of your current data upgraded to the new release. So you can try it out with your configuration and your data before we upgrade your production system.

Our Hardware

With more than a decade of experience providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), we are perhaps a bit old fashioned. We believe that if we are going to host the application for you, we should be running it on servers that we have purchased, configured, and tuned specifically for the NetResults Tracker Online service. Since the hardware has been selected by the same people who developed the software, you get great performance and high fault tolerance. Automated, assembly line, cookie cutter solutions may cost less, but they risk down time and data loss that may not be acceptable for your application. We employ a system design that uses a lot of hardware redundancy to avoid failovers in the first place. But even if they do happen, our design also maximizes the chances that no data will be permanently lost.

Move to On-premises Installation at Anytime

If you later decide that you wish to move the installation in-house, you can do so anytime because the same NetResults Tracker software is available for you to run on your own servers. If new regulations or new uses of Tracker require that the data resides on your servers, it's no problem. We can make your data available for download to your on-premises NetResults Tracker installation. Our engineers will work with your IT staff to make the transition quick and easy. With just a small change in the web address your end users use to login, they will be able to continue to work just as they did before the move in-house.
