Will I be able to use the data entered into a Personal Live Trial database after I purchase NetResults Tracker?

Yes, NetResults will ship you a copy of your Personal Live Trial database when you purchase NetResults Tracker (licensed version) or transfer your data to your new account when you purchase NetResults Tracker Online (version of Tracker hosted by NetResults).

How can I try out the Workgroup Management System (WMS) features in a Personal Live Trial?

Since your Personal Live Trial workgroup is administered by NetResults, you cannot access the Workgroup Management System (WMS). However, you can find out about the features in the WMS by reviewing the WMS Help Guide. Otherwise, you can install a trial copy of NetResults Tracker on your web server machine to try out the Workgroup Management System. Send an email to NetResults Sales to request a trial download copy of NetResults Tracker.

What is the time limit of the trial evaluation?

You will have access to the Personal Live Trial workgroup for 30 days (including weekends and holidays).

What are the limitations in the Personal Live Trial Version of NetResults Tracker?

How many users can be configured in the Personal Live Trial?

You can provide up to 10 email addresses that we will use to create users in your Personal Live Trial. Please note that the user "nrsupport" is a built-in user for use by NetResults Technical Support. Please do not modify or remove this user, otherwise, you will not be able to receive support for your trial workgroup.

Is the data in my Personal Live Trial database confidential?

The personal live trial workgroup has been configured for evaluation purposes only. To provide easy access from as many locations as possible in the shortest possible time, we have not set up a secure communications channel (e.g. Virtual Private Network (VPN)) for accessing your workgroup. Additionally, NetResults Technical Support personnel may log in to your workgroup without prior notice in order to better understand your workgroup configuration when reviewing any questions you have or to perform administrative operations on your behalf. As the communications channel we provide is not secure and NetResults personnel may be viewing your data, please do not enter any confidential information in your workgroup. NetResults does not guarantee the confidentiality of any information contained in your live trial workgroup. Can I modify or remove the user "nrsupport" from our Personal Live Trial database?

The user "nrsupport" is reserved for use by NetResults Technical Support for troubleshooting or other administrative purposes. Please do not modify or remove this user, otherwise, you will not be able to receive support for your Personal Live Trial database.

When I try to access my Personal Live Trial database, I get the error "Workgroup Blocked. This workgroup is currently blocked..." What is the problem?

You might see this message if your 30-day trial period has ended. If your 30-day trial period has not expired, this message might be displayed because NetResults is performing routine maintenance on your Personal Live Trial workgroup. Try to access this workgroup again in 10-15 minutes. If you still receive the error, please contact NetResults Technical Support.

When I try to access my Personal Live Trial database, I get the error "Page not found". What is the problem?

If your 30-day trial period has expired, this error signifies that your Personal Live Trial is no longer accessible.

If your 30-day trial has not expired and you receive this error, contact NetResults Technical Support. Please include the URL you are using to access your Personal Live Trial in your email.
