NetResults Tracker can be used by your customers and partners to report issues, submit work orders, and collaborate with you. The type of licenses they need depends on the features and capabilities you want to make available to them.

Licensing Options License Type Capabilities
Submit via Web for Unregistered Users Per installation for installed software. Per workgroup for NRT Online. No login required. Users can report issues using the Submit Page, but will not be able to login to track the issues they reported. However, they will receive email notifications as the issue moves through your workflow. You can configure when the notification emails will be sent as well as their content.
Submit via Email Per installation for installed software. Per workgroup for NRT Online. Users can submit issues by sending emails. They will receive an email confirmation that the issue has been received as well as email notifications as the issue moves through your workflow. You can configure when the notification emails will be sent as well as their content.
Restricted licenses Per user Users can report (and update) issues and track the status of issues they reported via the Web. Users cannot be part of the workflow (issues can not be assigned to them) but they can receive email notifications triggered by the workflow. They can run reports defined by the administrator. See the demo which walks you through the features that are (and are not) available to Restricted users.
Floating licenses Per concurrent user. Not available for NRT Online. Users can report issues and track issues via the Web, be part of the workflow, receive email notifications, etc. Users can have access to the full features and functions of NetResults Tracker, but the administrator can limit what they can or cannot do using NetResults Tracker's access control.
Static licenses Per user Users can report issues and track issues via the Web, be part of the workflow, receive email notification, etc. Users can have access to the full features and functions of NetResults Tracker, but the administrator can limit what they can or cannot do using NetResults Tracker's access control.
 

 


NetResults Tracker (also called NRTracker) is a web-based collaboration software for bug tracking, defect tracking, issue tracking, change management, workflow management, process management, knowledge base, help desk, and automated support portal.

 

NetResults Tracker is available as a hosted solution (Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)) or as a packaged software.
