4. Provide NRT Online Workgroup Information

* Number of Users:
Number of Standard and Restricted users for this workgroup.
* Active Personal Live Trial?
Do you have an active Personal Live Trial (PLT) workgroup? Select Yes if you wish to transfer your trial data to your new account. Select No if you do not have a trial or do not want your trial data transferred.
* Personal Live Trial
Name / URL:
Enter the name or URL of your Personal Live Trial workgroup.
* Template (application):
A template is a starting configuration for your workgroup. We need this information in order to create the workgroup. If you are unsure which template you would like, you can review the details of each template or email Technical Support. Technical Support can review your requirements with you and recommend the most appropriate template.
* Language Category:
Language category determines which characters may be used. Select the Multinational option if you plan to use anything other than Western European languages. If you are unsure, add the language(s) in the Comments section. This setting cannot be changed later.
* Default Time Zone:
Default Time Zone determines the initial time zone setting for new users. Each user can change their time zone setting at any time.

5. Provide NRT Online Workgroup User IDs

* User IDs:
  • For User IDs, we require that you use the first initial combined with the last name (for example, the User ID for John Smith should be jsmith) or the full name (e.g. johnsmith) so that you don't conflict with other NRT Online users on the same server.
  • Please enter one User ID for each account separated by a comma. For example: jsmith, tanderson, bjones
  • If you have ordered both Standard and Restricted users, please note which User IDs are restricted users.

6. Comments (if any)

Please limit the comments to 1000 characters.

7. Submit NRT Online Workgroup Setup Form


NetResults will process your request and set up your NRT Online system within one business day. When your NRT Online system is ready, NetResults will send you an email with the necessary information to access your NRT Online system.

If you do not receive a reply within one business day, please email Technical Support to request access to NRT Online system (please include a phone number in this email).
