The latest version of NetResults Tracker™ is version 6.

With this release, ProblemTracker is changing its name to NetResults Tracker to more accurately reflect the broad range of applications that it has been serving.

If your Software Updates and Support (SUS) is current, you are eligible to update to this version for free.

You can use the online SUS renewal order form to renew your Software Updates and Support.  Contact NetResults if you are not sure whether your SUS is current.

If you are still running an earlier release, please see what we have added since then and whether you are eligible for a free update to a newer version.
